When {{Translated tag}} is used on translated templates (Burmese in this case) it will automatically categorize according to this helper template. All translated templates whose language does not have a page like this will go into their language's main template category by default (e.g. Category:Commons templates-my). Creating a page like this allows each language to subcategorize their templates. It is not necessary nor is it recommended for languages with a small amount of templates. Since these subcategories will reside entirely within a localized category they may be in the local language (however always use the exact ones below for the {{translated tag}} parameter).
