You can use a variety of fonts in Make it a Quote. This page is a comprehensive list of all available fonts.

Fallback

Since fonts are created by people, there are naturally characters that are not supported. To cover for this, Make it a Quote attempts to fall back to a different font for unsupported characters. The lists below show the effective regular-weight order when the default font=mplus is used. If another selectable font is explicitly specified, it is inserted at the beginning of the applicable list. Duplicate font families are removed. For bold text, M PLUS Rounded 1c and Resource Han Rounded CN use their bundled bold faces.

To check the fonts, font fallback is disabled for all quote sample images here. This means that if characters appear garbled in a sample image, the selected font does not support those characters and the bot would normally use a fallback font instead.
