نَفِدت حقوق تأليف ونشر هذه الصُّورة حسب قانون حقوق التَّأليف والنَّشر في اليابان (أُقر 1 يونيو 2018)، وهي الآن في النِّطاق العامِّ. وفقاً للمواد 51 و52 و53 و57 مِن القانون السَّابق، تدخل الأَعمال النِّطاق العامِّ في اليابان بعد 50 عاماً مِن وفاة مُؤَلِّفها (ولو كانوا عُدَّة مؤلفين، فتُحتَسب المدة بعد وفاة آخر مؤلفيها) أو بعد 50 عاماً من النشر إذا كان العمل مَجهُول المُؤَلِّف أو شبه مَجهُول المُؤَلِّف أَو إِذا كانت الحقوق مَملُوكةً لمُؤَسسة. Note: The enforcement of the revised Copyright Act on December 30, 2018 extended the copyright term of works whose copyright was valid on that day to 70 years. Do not use this template for works of the copyright holders who died after 1967. Use {{PD-Japan-oldphoto}} for photos published before December 31, 1956, and {{PD-Japan-film}} for films produced prior to 1953. Public domain works must be out of copyright in both the United States and in the source country of the work in order to be hosted on the Commons. You must also include a United States public domain tag to indicate why this work is in the public domain in the United States.  Note that this work might not be in the public domain in countries that do not apply the rule of the shorter term and have copyright terms longer than life of the author plus 50 years. In particular, Mexico is 100 years, Jamaica is 95 years, Colombia is 80 years, Guatemala and Samoa are 75 years, Switzerland and the United States are 70 years, and Venezuela is 60 years.
