This template allows to specify a range of non-trivial date notations in a format that is localizable.

Usage

Possible values for {{{1}}}:

"-": from {{{2}}} until {{{3}}} ({{{2}}} and {{{3}}} can be ISO 8601 dates)
"between": between {{{2}}} and {{{3}}} ({{{2}}} and {{{3}}} can be ISO 8601 dates)
"s": decade ({{{2}}}s), {{{2}}} must be a four-digit year (starting year of the decade)
"century": century ({{{2}}}th century), {{{2}}} must be a two-digit number
"ca": circa {{{2}}}
"season": season {{{2}}} of the year {{{3}}} (can be "summer", "fall", "spring", "winter", {{{3}}} must be a four-digit year)
"b": before {{{2}}} ({{{2}}} can be an ISO 8601 date)
"a": after {{{2}}} ({{{2}}} can be an ISO 8601 date)
"or": {{{2}}} or {{{3}}} ({{{2}}} and {{{3}}} can be ISO 8601 dates)
