Note that we can't tranclude {{int:semicolon-separator}} directly in Wikitext, because the ASCII semicolon that starts it is then wikified into a definition list with a defined term (and this breaks the sentences). We have to detect it (using URLENCODE) and then insert a <nowiki/> before the actual semicolon.

The URLENCODED value of {{int:semicolon-separator}} is:
