This image, or text depicting in it, is not copyrightable because it text in a general typeface is not copyrighted. (for more information, see w:WP:PD#Fonts or Template talk:PD-textlogo)

Note: trademark restrictions usually apply. Logos can be registered as design patents for a copyright-like protection.
