TemplateData est une manière de stocker les information sur les paramètres d’un modèle (leur description et celle du modèle) pour les humains et les machines. Cela est utilisé par l’éditeur visuel et possiblement d’autres outils comme l’Assistant de téléversement.

At Wikimedia Commons, it is recommended to use {{TemplateBox}} with either useTemplateData=1 or useTemplateData=only on the /doc subpage and transcluding it with {{Documentation}} into the template. <nowiki>-tags can be wrapped around the arguments, if required, to avoid templates being expanded.
