Establishes a link to the file name and displays the file name without the prefix "File:".
Because of the empty parameter bug it does not use the 'pipe trick' but a work-around against that bug.
If a second parameter is specified, this name is displayed instead of the file name.
If a third parameter is declared it specifies the px-size, and the file will be displayed inline following the file name
If a fourth parameter is declared with the value "b", the picture is bordered (see example 2).
With the named parameter “lang” any language code can be defined, it establishes interwiki access to a local file
