Template is used for linking the reader to articles with similar titles or concepts that they may have been seeking instead.

Usage

Template should be placed at the top of an article

If you do not give name of the other page, it automatically targets a disambiguation – you may specify description (without leading “for” and ending “see”), but it will also add “other uses” by default.

Gives:
