This template marks all images released under PD-1996.

Usage

⧼usage⧽: {{PD-1996|country|URAA date|reason}} or {{PD-1996|country=country|date=URAA date|reason=reason}}. If country is not given, it isn't mentioned in the rendering of this template. date gives "January 1, 1996 for most countries" by default, and the reason defaults to the Note shown above. See Non-U.S. copyrights for a per-country list of URAA dates.
