Template parameters

Parameter	Description	Default	Status
`name`	Name of the field. It will appear in bold on the left side of the table. Instead of by "Name" it can be passed by the unnamed parameter #1.	none	required
`value`	Contents of the field. It will appear on the table. Instead of by "Value" it can be passed by the unnamed parameter #2.	none	required
`class`	additional class parameter values	empty	optional
`style`	additional style parameter values	empty	optional
