Template:Clarify/doc

This is an in-line template, place the template immediately after the material in question, as one would do with a footnote. For example:

This sentence needs clarification.{{Clarify |date = August 2026|reason = what does this mean?}}

The above text will cause the tag ^{[Please clarify]} to appear inline. For further information, the tag links by default to en:Wikipedia:Please clarify (or a translated version of that page).

Use this template on a page as a request for other editors: this add a small inline note just after a phrase, image, or usage that is difficult to understand, and that needs clarification.

Localization

To add your language to the list of languages supported by this template, please edit the template and add a row to the "{{LangSwitch|}}" construct. It takes the form "|xx= Your translation " (xx being the code of your language)
