This template formats the text to a larger teletype style (128%),
while the obsolete <tt> displays the teletype always too small.

With the teletype font 2×"monospace" the letters have less difference between x-height and cap heigt;
compare «mmm» (128%) with «CCC» (128%) or «mmm» (114%) with «CCC» (124%) or «CCC» (132%)
